**Some employer-specific plans may not consider PMHP to be in-network. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian and/or the financial guarantor to verify their specific medical plan is in-network, any charges that are your responsibility, including copays or unmet deductibles

Traditional Medicaid is NOW APPROVED!!
